What is a Frenzie?

Frenzie enables the power of group buying online. To put it simply – the team at Frenzie find Partners that are willing to offer fabulous deals provided they sell to a number of people. It’s effectively ‘a group discount’. Enough people buy together – and they each get a really great deal!

If I buy and then the deal doesn’t go ahead – how do I get my money back?

When you buy a Frenzie – your money is put into a ‘deferred’ payment system. The money is only taken from you once the deal goes ahead. If the deal is off – you’ll be notified by email that the Frenzie didn’t go ahead and no money will be taken from you.

What is a Happy Frenzie?

A ‘happy Frenzie’ is when the number of Frenzies to make the deal happen are sold. For example: If the deal requires 50 sales – and it sells 75 Frenzies – then the deal is ‘on’! If the deal only gets to 25 sales – then the deal is off.

What is a Sad Frenzie?

That’s when the deal doesn’t happen. We hope it’s a rarity but we’ve got to ensure all areas are covered. If the deal requires 50 Frenzies to be sold to make it happen but we only sell 20 – then the deal is off and no money is taken.

Can I share the deal with anyone I know?

Yes indeed – that’s the plan. If you want the deal to go ahead then you need to share it with as many people that you think will be interested. Together you make the deal happen.

If I see a Frenzie deal that I like – how do I buy it?

Simple – you simply hit ‘BUY NOW’ on the Frenzie home page (before the offer ends of course) and take it from there. We’ve made the purchasing process very simple. You’ll receive email confirmation of your Frenzie purchase immediately.

When do I get my Frenzie?

Once the deal has ended – and it’s a Happy Frenzie – then we will send you your Frenzie by email.

Will my Frenzie expire?

That depends on the Frenzie you bought. Most deals will have expiry dates – and they will be made clear on the Deal Information on the home page at the time of purchase. Some Frenzies are only for a specific date – so it depends on the Frenzie you buy.

Do I have to use my Frenzie on the day I buy it?

No – the Frenzie is likely to have an expiry date but you won’t be expected to use them on the date of purchase.

If I buy a Frenzie today – what will happen?

Once the deal closes and it’s a ‘happy Frenzie’ – then we’ll send you an email with all you need to know about redeeming your Frenzie together with your printable Frenzie voucher.

How do I redeem my Frenzie?

Whether you’ve had to make a reservation or book an appointment etc – you simply turn up when expected and hand in your printed Frenzie.

Is the Frenzie purchase process safe?

If I don’t want my Frenzie anymore – can I return it?

This depends on the reason why you don’t want it anymore. We’re a nice bunch at team Frenzie so we’ll do our best to ensure you’re always happy. However, because of how we work with Partners providing the services, products and experiences – then we wouldn’t be able to offer a refund after one week from the purchase date.

What happens if I can’t redeem my Frenzie because the provider is no longer trading?

As stated we’ll do everything we can to ensure you’re always happy. In this situation, we’d refund the money you paid for your Frenzie.

Will the Frenzie have my name on it or can I share it as a gift?

As part of the redemption process, your details will be passed to the Partner providing the product, service or experience you are buying the Frenzie for – so you will have to use your voucher. However, you could always buy a Frenzie for a friend by entering their details instead of yours.
